The surrounding area offers the possibility of walking, hiking or bike riding on guided paths.

Although it is isolated, Santa Croce is only 10 kilometers from E45 motorway and within easy reach of the most important histori cities of Umbria such as Orvieto, Todi, Perugia and Assisi. Being close to Montefalco it also lends itself to wine tourism.

The villa is located 4 km (1.5 km of which is on a gravel road) from the town of San Venanzo. Here you will find a pharmacy, grocery store, distributor, medical service…

The owner’s house is located 200 m from the villa.
Access to the property via a gate and the gravel road (1800m).
